    Frank FEHRER, Sr.

    The family of Frank FEHRER, Sr. was part of the original members of the Lacona Catholic Church (Source: The Catholic Church At Lacona, written by the Rev.     Frank FEHRER arrived in Lacona in 1887 and began smithing for Chris Konrad. He bought the house and blacksmith shop in 1894. He bought the red-faced livery barn in 1918 and in 1930 he sold the blacksmith shop to his son, John.
