    John LOOSEBROCK

Dr. John and Madonna LOOSEBROCK and their children moved to Lacona in 1919. He established his medical practice. There was a single clay tennis court at Dr. LOOSEBROCK’s home, 1925-1932. In 1931 he bought the People's State Bank and moved his practice to that building. The family moved to Perry in 1941 after serving Lacona for 22 years. He died in Perry October of 1950 and his wife Madonna died April 1976 in Washington, D.C.
